Attorney Laura Peters grew up in Southern Indiana. Peters graduated
cum laude from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis in December of 2002 and was admitted to the Indiana bar in
May of 2003. Peters practiced law at a mid-sized Indianapolis law firm before moving to Southern Indiana and establishing
Hatfield & Peters LLC in 2006.
Laura Peters' primary practice areas include: Estate Planning (Wills
and Trusts), Estate Administration, Farm and Business Succession Planning, General Business Matters, Real Estate Transactions,
Non-Profit Organizations, Long-Term Care Planning Bankruptcy, and Collections. Laura Peters is a member
of St. Mary Church in Ireland, Indiana. Peters is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and Dubois County Bar Association.
Laura Peters is also an adjunct professor at Vincennes University Jasper Campus.

Attorney Beth Hatfield Luff is
originally from Pike County, Indiana. Hatfield attended Indiana University - Bloomington and graduated magna cum laude
with a Bachelor of Science in Labor Studies with a minor in Corporate and Community Education. While working as Director of
Dispute Resolution for the State of Indiana - Personnel Department, Beth Hatfield attended law school at Indiana University
School of Law - Indianapolis. Hatfield and friend, Laura Peters, opened Hatfield & Peters LLC in 2006. Before
opening Hatfield & Peters LLC, Hatfield worked at one of the largest law firms in Indianapolis. Hatfield is
also a former Pike County Chief Deputy Prosecutor.

include: Divorce and Family Law (adoption, custody, child support and parenting time/visitation), Employment Law (family and
